- New Collection Items received back within 14 calendar days of original delivery date qualify for refund.
- All returns should be shipped back to SZ LA (contact us to get the return address) at the customer's expense.
- We are unable to accept returns past 14 calendar days of original delivery date.
- Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached.
- SZ LA reserves the right to deny credit at its sole discretion, if any item returned does not meet its return criteria.

- All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to release signature please contact us upon placing your order at email@example.com
- Should you request delivery without signature, you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from credit or refund.
- Orders received before 2pm PST Monday - Friday will be shipped out the same day or the following day. Orders received after 2pm PST on weekdays or during the weekend and holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. In observance of the New Year Holiday, orders placed on December 31st will not be shipped until January 2nd, 2017.
